The Young Adult Program and Young and Strong are excited to co-host an in-person event about dating as a young adult during and after cancer or a blood disorder diagnosis.
This event is most appropriate for those ages 18 to 40s who have been diagnosed with cancer or a blood disorder and are single, interested in dating, or starting a new relationship. It is open to those of all genders and all cancer types.
Expert Lydia Chevalier, PhD will address common concerns about how cancer can affect dating and relationships and offer practical tips and strategies to address common challenges. There will also be plenty of time for facilitated group discussion with your peers in this dedicated space for young adults with cancer. The evening will include dinner and mocktails as well as a social hour.
